Her work sits where technology, business thinking and human capacity meet execution. The question underneath all of it: what does this make possible that wasn't possible before?

She works across government transformation, programme architecture, AI, professional education and entrepreneurship — not as separate disciplines, but as the same practice applied in different places.

2007 · Dutch government

In 2007, a reintegration programme designed for the Dutch government served 150 participants and achieved a sustainable employment outcome of 52%, compared with a national benchmark of 30%. Early evidence of the same approach: build the system and the capability together, then measure the outcome.
