The Statement
BUILD YOURSELF UNTIL THE GATE IS NO LONGER RELEVANT.
A gate only holds power while you still need someone to open it. Capacity is what makes it irrelevant.
The argument
Most people wait at a gate: a title, an invitation, a budget, an approval, a seat at a table someone else owns. Waiting is rational — until you notice that the gate is not the thing standing between you and the work. Capacity is.
Technology has moved where that line sits. What used to require a team, a budget and permission can now be built, tested and put into reality by one person with the right structure. That does not make the work easy. It makes it possible.
So the strategy is not to argue with the gatekeeper. It is to build until the gate no longer decides anything.
What I observe
The people who get through gates fastest are usually the ones who stopped organising their plans around them.
