The Statement

MY MIND STAYS MINE.

AI is a thinking partner, not a replacement for judgment. Think with me, challenge me, show me what I'm missing — then I decide.

The argument

I don't know what AI will do to humanity. I know what I'm choosing to do with it.

I use it to widen the set of options I can see, to pressure-test an argument, to find the thing I missed. What I do not hand over is the decision. The moment the decision moves, the work stops being mine — and so does the responsibility for it.

That is a practical discipline, not a philosophical position: state the constraint, let the machine argue, then decide as a human who has to live with the outcome.

What I observe

The risk is rarely that a model is wrong. It is that it is convincing while you are not paying attention.

Owned audience

Follow the thinking.
Follow the builds.

Ideas, experiments, things that worked, things that didn't — and what I learned by putting them into reality.
